Julie brings over 29 years of experience in commercial and government contracting, with a proven track record of guiding organizations through the most complex funding and compliance challenges. She is an expert in cradle-to-grave contract management, FAR/DFAR compliance, proposal development, and risk mitigation. Over her career, she has supported the Aerospace, Intelligence & Information sectors, reviewed and developed both classified and unclassified RFPs, structured and priced cost volumes, and negotiated cost-plus and fixed-price contracts.
In addition to her corporate contracting work, Julie has successfully managed hundreds of USDA REAP submissions, giving her unique insight into rural funding opportunities. Known for her attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into clear, winning proposals, Julie has helped clients secure millions in funding while building lasting relationships based on trust and results.
Jeff Austin
Attorney & Renewable Energy Strategist
Jeff is a licensed attorney with over 20 years of experience in contracts, infrastructure, renewable energy development and construction as well as energy efficiency and resiliency. He has built his career helping organizations structure complex agreements, secure funding, and bring large-scale projects to life. His expertise spans Contract Creation and Management, PPAs, EPC Agreements, Real Estate, Deal Structuring, Vendor Negotiation, Compliance Oversight, and Team Leadership.
