Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG)
2025 Application: Open July 28, 2025 – deadline August 11, 2025
Used for: Supporting state, local, tribal, and territorial agencies in all-hazards preparedness, readiness, and resilience
Description: Preparedness grants support readiness and response capabilities across emergency management agencies — including training, planning, equipment, and operational support.

FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA)
Programs:
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)

Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grants

Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA)

Safeguarding Tomorrow Revolving Loan Fund
